While we are out of network with all insurance plans, many provide 100% out-of-network coverage, with $0 copay. We will also file all the paperwork electronically on your behalf since we have an established relationship with many carriers including the following:

Aetna PPO
Cigna PPO
Guardian PPO (except PSC-CUNY plan)
Metlife
United Concordia (Comcast & NBC Universal)
United Healthcare PPO (excluding Oxford and the Community Plan)
